Emergency Level 2 Declared in Ourense as Fires Burn 4,300 Hectares - Spain

The Xunta has decreed the level 2 emergency at provincial level in Ourense for large fires that, together, burn about 4,330 hectares, based on the latest estimates of the Consellería do Medio Rural. Forest Fire Burns 13000 Hectares - France
