KITAKYUSHU, Japan - The Idemitsu Museum of Arts (Moji) opens April 21 at Moji port in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Pref. The building is a renovation of an old warehouse in a block of historic buildings. Run by major oil distributor Idemitsu Kosan Co., the Idemitsu Museum of Arts has two other branches, in Tokyo and Osaka. It owns some 20,000 works of art.
