TOKYO, Japan - Japanese singer Peggy Hayama (L), a member of a Japanese singers' association, and O Yong Nok, an official of its South Korean counterpart, exchange flags in Tokyo on Oct. 24 after the two associations signed a friendship agreement to deepen cultural exchanges. South Korea decided in June to further ease its ban on cultural imports from Japan.
