Japan, U.S. hold talks over new slots at Tokyo's Haneda airport

Representatives of the governments of Japan and the United States hold talks in Tokyo on Feb. 16, 2016, over the allocation of slots for flights connecting U.S. cities and Tokyo's Haneda airport.
