US: Pro-Palestinian Protest at Columbia University on Anniversary of Hind’s Hall

Pro-Palestinian students and faculty gathered outside Columbia University on Thursday, April 30, marking the two-year anniversary of Hind's Hall, chanting "ceasefire now" and calling for the release of detainees in Gaza. The group later marched toward the City University of New York as part of the demonstration.

Germany: Pro-Palestine Protesters Clash With Police in Berlin

On Tuesday, October 7, a pro-Palestine gathering on anniversary of the October 7 massacre that was planned at Alexanderplatz was banned by authorities in Berlin. Despite the ban, around 500 people gathered near the City Hall (Rotes Rathaus), which is adjacent to Alexanderplatz. This large, unauthorized gathering led to clashes, attacks, and detentions by police.
