US: Two Brush Fires Break Out in Naples, Florida

Two wildfires broke out in Naples, Florida, on Monday, May 18. The fires spread rapidly, producing large plumes of smoke. One fire in the Picayune Strand State Forest, fanned by stormy gusts, burned 650 acres, but was 85% extinguished as of Tuesday. Another fire in Golden Gate Estates burned 135 acres but is now completely out. THis video was captured in South Naples on the way home from Marco Island Monday afternoon.

China: Toddler and Lamb Share Playful Moment With Toy Horse in Qinghai

On May 14, 2026, a video captured a heartwarming moment in a pasture in Qinghai Province, northwestern China. A toddler, no more than one or two years old, was playing with a toy horse when a small lamb trotted over and began playfully headbutting it. Each time the toy toppled over, the child patiently stood it back up — only for the lamb to knock it down again, turning the exchange into a gentle, lighthearted game between the two.

China: Tidier Dog Cleans Up After Messier Companion in Chocolate Bean Challenge

On May 6, 2026, in Guangdong, China, two golden retrievers were filmed competing to eat lines of chocolate beans placed in front of them. The lighter-colored dog rushed through its share, leaving several beans behind, while the brown one ate steadily and finished every bean. The brown dog then walked back and cleaned up its companion's leftovers, leaving the ground spotless.
