N. Korean economic zone to welcome Japanese investment

SHENYANG, China - Yang Bin, the newly appointed governor of the Sinuiju Special Administrative Region recently set up along North Korea's border with China, speaks at a press conference in Shenyeng on Sept. 27. Yang, a Dutch citizen who is one of China's richest tycoons, said the zone would welcome Japanese investment in high-tech industries.
