Typhoon Ragasa Makes Landfall in South China

As of 10 p.m. on Tuesday, more than 1.89 million local residents had been relocated across the province. China: Boy in Beijing Effortlessly Glides on Skateboard Powered by Strong Winds

This is the delightful moment that a young boy experienced a unique skateboarding adventure, propelled forward by the gusty winds while seated with an umbrella in hand. On April 12, 2025, in Beijing, the video showed the boy comfortably seated on his skateboard, clutching an umbrella that caught the wind and pulled him along the pavement. The scene unfolded without any manual effort from the boy, as the wind did all the work, turning a simple ride into an exhilarating journey through the neighborhood. The video quickly gained popularity for its depiction of youthful creativity and the pure joy of an unexpected wind-powered ride. The video ended with the boy slowing to a stop as the wind died down.
