OSAKA, Japan - Police release three videotape shots Feb. 19 taken from a security camera that recorded a man suspected of having been involved in the December 1999 kidnapping of an 8-year-old girl using a photocopying machine at a convenience store in Osaka Prefecture. Sayaka Teranishi was forced into a car by her kidnapper on her way home from school and was held for about 42 hours before she was released unhurt near her home in Settsu, Osaka Prefecture.
