Typhoon Kalmaegi made landfall in central Vietnam, bringing strong winds and heavy rain to regions already hit by recent floods. This overall view of Miyanoshita from the peak of Myojogadake has a rare structure. The white Western-style building is the Naraya Hotel, and the background is the Fujiya Hotel. The houses in the back are the Kowakudani, and the white building is the Sounkaku ,the summer house of the Mitsui family.
