The games, including Blikkies volmaak and Amagoes, were the key highlights of an event hosted Saturday by the Windhoek Municipality. Both games involve throwing a ball towards the contesting team in the center on the sandy ground, who loses once the ball touches them. Children and adults enjoyed the games which focus on teamwork, mathematical teachings, and strategy. The event attracted around 30 teams.
