OSAKA, Japan - Osaka City government officials and visitors stand outside the city hall on Feb. 5 after being ordered to leave the building. About 3,000 people were temporarily evacuated after several gas canisters exploded in a ground floor washroom in an apparent prank. No one was injured in the incident.
