China: Dog Follows Owner Into Snow on Impulse During Hike in Xinjiang

On March 12, 2026, a video was captured showing a person hiking with a dog through deep snow in the Hemu Scenic Area of Altay Prefecture in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of northwestern China, on their way to the Meili Peak Scenic Area. The path was covered in thick snow on all sides. During the hike, the owner suddenly and impulsively jumped into the snow on the side of the road. The dog, behind, stopped for a moment, seemingly bewildered by the sudden action, but a few seconds later, it followed suit, jumping into the snow as if imitating its owner.

China: One Injured as Bridge Collapses in Shandong After Overloaded Truck Drives Across

On March 18, 2026, in Zhutian Town, Feixian County, Shandong, the video captured a truck moving across a rural bridge when the structure suddenly gave way beneath its weight. As the vehicle advanced, the bridge surface visibly cracked before collapsing, causing part of the truck to sink into the damaged section. Local authorities later confirmed that the truck had been severely overloaded at the time of the accident. Officials also acknowledged that the road section had existing safety risks prior to the collapse. One person was slightly injured.

China: Sudden Dust Devil Tears Through Farmland in Liaoning

This is the terrifying moment that a Chinese man experienced a sudden dust devil while working on farmland, as strong winds swept across the field and shook his tractor. On March 17, 2026, in Liaoning, China, the video captured a farmer sitting on a tractor as a powerful dust devil formed nearby and moved rapidly across the farmland.  The swirling winds stirred up dust and debris, reducing visibility and creating a chaotic scene.  Despite the danger, the man remained on the tractor, holding steady as the violent gusts whipped around him.  The intensity of the wind could be seen in the way the surrounding crops bent sharply and loose soil spiraled into the air, highlighting the force of the natural phenomenon. The video ended with the dust devil drifting further across the field, leaving behind scattered dust as the winds slowly subsided.
