Shanghai police have been videotaped by hidden cameras routinely beating prisoners during interrogation sessions, Amnesty International said May 18. The photo, taken from a footage captured by Canadian Television, shows a suspect handcuffed to the iron grating of a second floor window at Shanghai's Luwan District Public Security Bureau while police repeatedly beat the prisoner and yell at him to speak out. ==Kyodo
