UK: Dozens Injured After Car Rams Into Crowd During Liverpool Victory Parade

A car plowed into the crowd at Liverpool FC's Premier League victory parade in Liverpool on Monday, May 26, injuring nearly 50 people, including four children. A 53-year-old man was arrested at the scene on Water Street in the city center. This video shows the situation on Water Street right after the incident.
