Falling number of visitors and ensuing financial difficulties will force Aquapark Co., the operator of Aquapolis, to transfer management of the facility to a joint venture set up by companies from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan, company officials say July 5. The three-story, half-underwater facility, built in 1975, was the main attraction for an international marine exposition.
