Obuchi to run in LDP presidenti
Japanese Foreign Minister Keizo Obuchi has decided to run in
an election next week to pick next president of the ruling Liberal
Democratic Party (LDP), a role that brings with it the post of prime
minister, his aides said. The photo shows Obuchi chatting with
guests at a party held in Tokyo on Tuesday July 14 to mark the 50th
anniversary of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
