A union member marks up this year's winter bonuses Nov. 5 proposed by the management of 17 major electrical machinery makers. The proposed bonuses were set at 2.00-2.523 months' basic wages, down from 2.44-2.625 months in 1997 and the biggest yearly decline in such bonuses since 1969.
