An award-winning Japanese movie ''Hana-Bi (or Fireworks)'' was released in South Korea on Dec. 5, marking the first public screening of a Japanese film. The movie, imported from its former colonial ruler, was screened with Korean subtitles in 14 theaters in Seoul and 21 others in provincial cities. ==Kyodo
