Cohen, Komura hold talks in Tokyo
Japanese Foreign Minister Masahiko Komura (R) and U.S.
Defense Secretary William Cohen shake hands prior to their working
breakfast at a Tokyo hotel Jan. 14. During the 45-minute talks, they
