BOJ to cut targeted call loan rate
Bank of Japan (BOJ) Governor Masaru Hayami speaks at a news
conference Feb. 12 after the central bank's Policy Board decided to
steer the interest rate on unsecured overnight call loans to 0.15
percent from the current targeted rate of 0.25 percent.
