Obuchi receives welcoming ceremony in Washington
Japanese Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi (R) waves to children at
an official welcoming ceremony at the White House on May 3. He
received a 21 gun salute at the ceremony, the first in 12 years for a
Japanese prime minister, before meeting with U.S. President Bill
Clinton (L).
