2 U.S. missile-tracking ships at naval base in Japan
SASEBO, Japan - The U.S. military has sent two missile-tracking ships to Japan amid reports that North Korea is planning to test-fire a ballistic missile. The 17,015-ton Observation Island (below) entered the U.S. naval base in Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture, on Aug. 2, joining the much smaller 2,262-ton Invincible (above R) which has been at the base since July.
