Sakaiya says Japan's economy back on recovery track
TOKYO, Japan - Economic Planning Agency chief Taichi Sakaiya meets the press at his office on Sept. 9. ''Japan's economy is now coming back on a recovery track,'' Sakaiya told reporters following the release of better-than-expected gross domestic product data for the April-June quarter.
