Civic groups protest nuclear fuel shipments

TOKYO, Japan - Members of Korean and Japanese nongovernmental groups, including the Korean Federation for Environment Movement, hand a letter to a Tokyo Electric Power Co. official (2nd from L) Sept. 10, seeking cancellation of nuclear fuel cargo shipments bound for the company's nuclear power plant.
