BEIJING, China - People's Liberation Army members walk into a hall in Beijing on Sept. 20 where an exhibition commemorating the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the People's Republic of China opened the same day. The exhibition is the first in a series of events surrounding the anniversary on Oct. 1.
