TOKYO, Japan - Hisashi Ouchi, who was exposed to a huge dose of radiation in Japan's worst nuclear accident Sept. 30, receives a transfusion of his brother's stem cells at Tokyo University Hospital on Oct. 6. in an effort to revive his blood-producing functions.
