BEIJING, China - Japan's Kenichi Suzuki runs alone for the final 10 miles to win the Beijing International Marathon on Oct. 9. The 32-year-old member of the Fujitsu athletics team, took the men's title with a time of 2 hours, 11 minutes, 33 seconds.
