BANGKOK, Thailand - While people are excited or fear of possible millennium bug that could damage their computerized equipment and systems during the turn of the new year, 2,000 couples of Thais and foreigners assemble Dec. 31 in Bangkok to declare their marriages in celebration of the third millennium.
