Man jumps to death in stabbing case
KYOTO, Japan - A 21-year-old man jumps to his death on Feb. 15 from the 13th floor of an apartment complex in Kyoto's Fushimi Ward while fleeing police who suspected him of killing a young boy last December. The photo shows residents nearby looking at the apartment. The 21-year-old man, identified as Hiromasa Okamura, died instantly, police said.
