Talks on Arabian Oil drilling rights continue
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese International Trade and Industry Minister Takashi Fukaya (L) have informal talks with Saudi Petroleum and Mineral Resources Minister Ali Ibrahim al-Nuaimi (2nd from R) over lunch at a ''soba'' (buckwheat noodle) restaurant in Tokyo on Feb. 16. Fukaya asked al-Nuaim to seriously consider any new proposal to be made by Tokyo-based Arabian Oil Co. to have its oil drilling rights renewed.
