Obuchi, Kok look to future to overcome WW II problems

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi (R) shakes hands with visiting Dutch Prime Minister Wim Kok at Obuchi's official residence in Tokyo on Feb. 21 prior to their talks. During their discussion, the two premiers agreed to overcome problems regarding Dutch victims of Japan's actions in World War II and build forward-looking ties for the two countries on the 400th anniversary this year of bilateral relations.
