Japan Engery, Showa Shell to integrate refining operations
TOKYO, Japan - Akihiko Nomiyama (L), president of Japan Energy Corp., and Haruyuki Niimi, president and chairman of Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K., hold a press conference in Tokyo on March 17 in which they announced the companies have reached a basic agreement to integrate their oil refining and distribution operations.
