Japanese foreign minister meets Korean repatriates from Sakhalin

SEOUL, S. Korea - Japanese Foreign Minister Yohei Kono (L) visits a home near Seoul for elderly Korean people repatriated from Russia's Sakhalin. Some of them were allowed to return to South Korea after South Korea and the former Soviet Union established diplomatic ties. The home was built with Japan's financial assistance.
