NISHINOMIYA, Japan - Tokaidai Sagami ace Rikiya Chikugawa exults April 4 after pitching his teammates to victory and their first championship in the high school baseball national invitational tournament. The Kanagawa school edged Chiben Wakayama 4-2 in the championship final at Koshien Stadium in Hyogo Prefecture.
