Japanese, British railway museums agree on cultural exchanges

KYOTO, Japan - Naoki Hirano (L), curator of two museums run by West Japan Railway Co. (JR West), and Andrew Scott, curator of Britain's National Railway Museum, shake hands after signing an agreement on their ''sister museum'' affiliation April 7.
