N. Korea informs S. Korea of Panmunjom delegates
SEOUL, South Korea - South Korean Vice Unification Minister Yang Young Shik (2nd from R) shakes hands with Unification Minister Park Jae Kyu (2nd from L) at the ministry April 21. Yang is to head Seoul's delegation to bilateral preliminary talks with North Korea set for April 22 at the truce village Panmunjom. The North Korean delegation will be headed by Kim Ryung Sung, a councilor at Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly.
