Mori dissolves lower house for June 25 election

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori (far R) stands, along with other cabinet members, in the House of Representatives on June 2. He dissolved the lower house the same day for a June 25 general election. Standing next to him are (from L to R) Chief Cabinet Secretary Mikio Aoki, Foreign Minister Yohei Kono and Finance Minister Kiichi Miyazawa.
