Koreas sign accord on family reunions, ex-prisoners+
MT. KUMGANG, North Korea - South Korean Red Cross official Park Ki Ryun (L) shakes hands with his North Korean counterpart Choi Song Chul on June 30 after they signed an agreement to allow reunions of families separated during the 1950-1953 Korean War and the repatriation of former North Korean prisoners. They signed the accord after a third round of talks at the Kumgangsan Hotel at North Korea's Mt. Kumgang.
