Tamura, Nomura meet press after golden double in Olympic judo
SYDNEY, Japan - Ryoko Tamura and Tadahiro Nomura meet the press on the morning of Sept. 17 at the Sydney Olympics main press center after they each garnered a gold medal in the judo competition Sept. 16. Tamura, four-time world champion, captured her first Olympic gold in the women's 48-kilogram, while Nomura completed the golden double for Japan by successfully defending his Olympic title in the men's 60-kg.
