Constitution should state Japan has defense force: academic
TOKYO, Japan - Kenichi Matsumoto, professor at Reitaku University in Chiba Prefecture, testifies at a meeting of the House of Representatives Research Commission on the Constitution on Dec. 7. He said the Constitution should clearly state that Japan has a force capable of defending the country.
