UWAJIMA, Japan - U.S. Special Envoy Adm. William Fallon apologizes to the family members of those aboard the training ship Ehime Maru sunken by a U.S. nuclear submarine in a meeting March 1 at Uwajima Fisheries High School, to which the ship belonged.
