Cargo ship runs aground on rocks off Ehime Pref.
MATSUYAMA, Japan - A tugboat (front) on March 14 approaches the 1,999-ton cargo ship Rokko 3, which ran aground on a rocky shoal off Imabari, Ehime Prefecture, western Japan. The 14 crew members, all Philippine nationals, were rescued by the Coast Guard.
