Domoto wants new Narita runway, express railway built soon

TOKYO, Japan - Chiba Gov. Akiko Domoto speaks at the Japan National Press Club in Tokyo on June 6. She said that she wants a new runway at Narita airport built soon along with a railway that would have 40-minute express services between Tokyo and Narita, located east of the capital in Chiba Prefecture.
