Okinawa's Inamine calls for drastic steps in wake of rape
TOKYO, Japan - Okinawa Gov. Keiichi Inamine speaks to reporters at the Defense Agency in Tokyo on July 3 after meeting with Defense Agency Director General Gen Nakatani on the alleged rape of a Japanese woman by a U.S. airman in Okinawa. Inamine said Japan ''needs drastic measures'' to prevent such incidents reoccurring in the prefecture in the future.
