SMAP member Inagaki released after arrest over parking
TOKYO, Japan - Goro Inagaki, a member of the pop group SMAP, who was arrested on suspicion of obstructing police officers from performing their duties and illegally parking his car, was released on Aug. 26 following the Tokyo District Court's rejection of prosecutors' demands to continue detaining him. Inagaki, 27, who had been detained at Shibuya Police Station in downtown Tokyo since his arrest, holds a press conference.
