Hokuriku Bank president to resign
TOYAMA, Japan - Hokuriku Bank President Shinichiro Inushima tells a press conference in Toyama on Oct. 29 that he will resign after a shareholders' meeting in June next year to take responsibility for the bank's failure to pay any dividends on preferred shares held by the government.
