Toyama police officers reprimanded for concealing case

NAGOYA, Japan - Masafumi Ueda refuses to speak to a reporter in Nagoya on Nov. 9, 2001 after he resigned earlier in the day as head of the Chubu Regional Police Bureau of the National Police Agency. He is one of nine police officers reprimanded for concealing a drug case in 1995.
