Shinjo attends Giants welcoming party

SAN FRANCISCO, United States - Japanese outfielder Tsuyoshi Shinjo (L), who held a press conference on joining the San Francisco Giants Feb. 12, attends a welcoming party later the same day at a San Francisco hotel with teammate Barry Bonds. The party was jointly hosted by the baseball team and a Japanese-American civic group. Shinjo joined San Francisco from the New York Mets in an off-season trade. (MLB)
