JAL to e-mail online ticket sales confirmation

TOKYO, Japan - Japan Airlines (JAL) said April 4 it will e-mail confirmation of tickets to international flight passengers as part of its efforts to boost online sales. The system will enable customers to buy ''e-tickets'' via JAL's Web site (photo) on the day of departure by printing out purchase confirmation and presenting copies at an airport counter to receive boarding passes.
